2. Products and Services

Lloydsigns Ltd designs, manufactures, and installs a wide range of signage including illuminated signs, vinyl graphics, banners, road signs, and bespoke display solutions.

All quotations provided are free and without obligation. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted upon written confirmation and may be subject to a deposit.

3. Artwork Ownership
  • All artwork, designs, and creative concepts produced by Lloydsigns Ltd remain the intellectual property of Lloydsigns Ltd.

  • Once a sign has been paid for and installed, the physical sign becomes the property of the customer.

  • Ownership of the underlying artwork and designs does not transfer to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers may not reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for other purposes without prior written consent from Lloydsigns Ltd.

4. Warranty and Maintenance
  • All signage supplied and installed by Lloydsigns Ltd is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of installation.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing or installation faults caused by us.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Storms, high winds, flooding, or adverse weather

    • Vandalism, accidental damage, or misuse

    • Improper handling, modification, or relocation by anyone other than Lloydsigns Ltd

    • General wear and tear

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain signage. If a fault occurs due to our workmanship or materials within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

5. Payment Terms
  • Payment terms are as stated on your quotation or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • All goods remain the property of Lloydsigns Ltd until paid for in full.

  • ​

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Customers may cancel a job before production or installation begins without charge.

  • If a job is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, a cancellation fee will apply to cover costs already incurred.

  • Deposits paid for cancelled work are non-refundable if used to cover materials or labour costs.

7. Liability

While we take every care in the manufacture and installation of our products, Lloydsigns Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any consequential or indirect loss arising from delays, defects, or product failure beyond the contract value.

  • Damage or injury caused by improper use, neglect, or alteration of the signage after installation.

8. Force Majeure

Lloydsigns Ltd will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, transport issues, or material shortages.

9. Website Use

All content on our website is for general information purposes only. We make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free from errors or omissions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By approving a quotation, placing an order, or proceeding with a project, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
